I challenge you to allow me the opportunity to verify your Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, not only for your server, but for your desktop workstations as well. The majority of networks cater for server criticality and “forget” about desktop computers, as the “data” resides on the server.

However, what would happen if you have a computer “crash” and the affected workstation is the one that has your accounting system on it and it is month-end and you have creditors to pay?

On re-evaluation then; are your desktop workstations “up-time” critical to your business? Let me set up a DR and Back Up solution that is cost effective, and works for YOUR business!! This will also include the setup of a scheduled “health” check for each desktop workstation. DR and Back Up policies can be customized for your enterprise, to ensure you comply with auditor requirements.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) can now be budgeted for. You pay a monthly fee per piece of equipment i.e. desktop, printer and server and related equipment, which includes all fault diagnostics but NOT hardware replacement. Replacement items must be purchased through Computer Architects and any recommendations must be implemented to ensure the efficient running of your computer systems. Software support excluding configuration and set up, is billable per hour. The monthly fee will include one courtesy visit to check that your backups have gone through, should you not have any issues during the month.

Let me resolve all your computer and related issues, including the network that “works” but is never quite right!

Please afford me the opportunity to quote on your next computer requirement; you will be pleasantly surprised!
